Sexy Styles For Long Hair

Styling your hair in the summer humidity becomes extremely tiresome especially when you have long hair. Keeping hair open is not an option as the hair just ends up looking oily and greasy with the sweat trickling down you face and gradually building up in the hair too. However, that certainly does not mean that you can’t look stylish and chic. Braids, pigtails and ponytails are a great way to keep the hair out of your face but just keep in mind to use friendly elastics while tying your hair. On the other hand, you may like your long locks but at times the same look tends to get boring and a slight innovation is required for the hair to look different and sexy. Here is a list of some funky hairstyles which will not only make your hair look trendy but also turn head over heels wherever you go.

Half up half down hair:

This classy hairstyle never goes out of fashion and can be worn during a wedding, formal event or any homely occasion. Choose the right outfit to flaunt this wonderful hairstyle.

Ponytail:

A high pony tail is a good option and offers timeless style. Always take all straps of strands into your ponytail; if some have been left out then those can be pinned with a bob pin. Also see how the ponytail has to be positioned on the head for an orderly hairstyle.

A flirty hair know looks trendy and also protects you from the heat outside.

Hair with bangs:

Pamper your hair with a new cut getting layers and choosing between bangs of fringes and at the same time not reducing the length. If no length, then experiment with few extensions.

If you have a flock of curls, then don’t straighten them, instead embrace them for the ultra Victorian look! For those who have straight hair and want to go slightly different then wash your hair and deep condition them to obtain a bouncy look and shine. When the hair are semi wet, dry them with a round brush and then use a curling iron to roll hair in one direction and then the other one to create  a ripple effect. When the session is over, spritz it with a spray to hold the hair.

Beach waves:

This is one of my favorites. On a hot summery day, nothing looks better than flaunting your long hair on the beach. Never mind, if you don’t have naturally wavy hair, using a curling iron to achieve some of those beachy waves.

Super-straight:

Go for poker straight hair by ironing your hair completely. Use a styling product to protect yourself from the extra heat. Alongside, also use a product that will make your hair look healthier and shinier even after all the flat ironing. However, poker straight hair only looks good on those who have straight faces so if you are not one of those then opt for natural straightening.
